Two-part chemically curing sealant for movement joints in water retaining structures, tunnels and bridge decks.
A two-component sealing compound supplied as base and curing agent, mixed on site and applied by gun or pouring. It cures to a flexible, chemically resistant rubber that bonds to concrete, steel and stone, and is widely used for joints subject to continuous water immersion.
Curing proceeds by chemical reaction between the two components rather than by solvent loss, so deep sections cure uniformly without shrinkage. The cured sealant retains elastic recovery over a wide movement range, maintaining adhesion where thermal cycling would split a rigid filler.
